My experience at this store has been nothing but positive and always fulfilling. I have never left with unanswered questions or wandering what to do next. Michael and Cassie are two of the most patient people I know. This store can get quite busy and people can get very impatient, and they are always cool and professional. They are knowledgeable, ask the right questions for people who are not technologically sound, and efficient - especially when forced to wait on hold with their vendors. You are greeted as soon as you walk in the door and kindly asked to have a seat if there are people in front of you. This store is quite a hub in the Town of Claresholm and we are lucky to have it. There is no need to travel to the city for your cellular needs.
I went back to Telus after being with a different provider. I was greatly impressed by the service I received from the staff. The member I dealt with through pretty much the entire process was very knowledgeable & helpful with everything. Thank you!
I went in to check out my upgrade options without realizing how late it was and when the store closed. They were closed for about 20 min. before it even dawned on me because they were more concerned with making sure I left happy than they were about leaving for the day. More businesses should adopt the same policy they have of prioritizing customer service and recommendations. Thanks guys you did a great job! :)
