Saved me when I couldn't save myself
Politics and small town mentality. Rule enforcing outweighs the clients recovery. I was bullied by a staff member and the situation was covered up, and then reinforced by the management. Great program. Great staff. However at the end of the day...its a business. Facilitators are excellent. Middle Management needs to step it up tho.
Staff had accused me of things I never did. I was bullied by patients and staff but every time I would make a complaint nothing was done about it. To be positive the people I met in there for the most part are family to me now it was a little community. I dont know if I would or wouldnt recommend:/
